Silent Intruder

There's help for people like you
You think of killing yourself
You don't gotta do it
I know, it's so terrible 
When life seems unbearable
I've been there too

This sadness... 
The feeling like hope is so far away
You're struggling to cope
When life is unfair and
There's nobody caring
To get through to you

I need some guidance
To help me to fight this silent intruder
I won't give up trying
As long as you tell me I got meaning to you
Do I got meaning to anyone? 

This madness inside or my head
I keep hearing voices..."You're better off dead"
Somebody tie me up
Been thinking of trying to get rid of them

It's fine that you say I'm here to call
But you don't pick up the line
You're good at dropping the ball
No one to confide in
I'll just keep on hiding
But this bottle's getting tight

I need some guidance
Help me to fight this silent intruder
I won't give up trying

The story in my mind
Is that nobody cares about me
On the surface, "I'm fine"
A real living nightmare underneath
